Roshanlal Sharma with the experience of working closely with shellac for 65 years is a well known name in the small world of Shellac .He has established industries and systems which are here to stay and has been sought after by scientists as well as Government authorities interested in growth of shellac over the years.

In 1982 he started his own manufacturing of Seedlac and Shellacs with the formation of Tajna Shellac Pvt. Ltd. and our Orange Shellac and Golku (Tripple wash Kusmi) became brands all over the world. Our products have been used by some biggest brands in different industries.

In 1996 Tajna River Industries Private Limited was formed to start the production of Dewaxed Bleached Shellac on a large scale in partnership with Kane International Corporation(USA). Our Bleached Shellac is prepared meticulously using the best quality of Seedlac and tested in our own well equipped lab which has the best chemists with experience of decades of working with known industries. Because of dedicated work and following good manufacturing practices we have developed Ethical work culture which is reflected in the high benchmark of our Quality all over the world.

Creating a relaxed work atmosphere and celebrating our wins with our workers is an integral part of our lives. We have worked with NGOs and Forest department to encourage Lac in this part of the country which grows best quality of Sticklac in the world.

Lac is a natural resin which is also edible and non toxic and thus used in Food and Pharmaceutical industries also. (It has the characteristics of forming film used for insulation to coat fruits for cold storage as well as for its natural luster as a confectionary glaze. Besides these it is used in a variety of other industries mentioned above.) Thus we feel proud of being connected with this boon of nature and strive to encourage its usage by more.
